v Singapore Excellent Service Awards & Record holder in Singapore Book of Records
Ravi is the winner of Singapore National Excellent Service awards awarded by SPRING Singapore. These awards are given to those individuals who had delivered outstanding service to customers in their respective professions. On the personal front he won Gold and Star National Excellent Service awards in 2003 & 2004 respectively. These awards secured Ravi a place in Singapore Book of Records for being the first IT professional of Senior Project Manager category to receive Singapore’s Gold National Excellent Service award given by SPRING Singapore.

Ravi has presented a paper titled “Balanced Scorecard: A comprehensive management tool” in Singapore's first Software Engineering
Conference held at Institute of Systems Science. Singapore Computer Society – QA Chapter (Celebrating its 10th anniversary),
Processworks and Institute of Systems Science (ISS) has jointly organized this conference.
